Academic Council
The governing body of Bal Bharati School, Child Education was formed in 1992 with the purpose to upgrade the prevailing academic standards while strengthening the current system. Certain additions were made in the council such as common textbooks, IT-enabled classes, APAR proformas, common pre-board exams, etc.
Several demonstration classes are arranged for the Principals that display these aforementioned additions so that an informed decision is made. This system aims to give the teachers the power and makes them feel a part of this system. The classrooms are turning into smart classes that include both chalkboard and smart boards.

Sports Council
Sports Council was created on 06th August 2004 for the promotion of sports education among students of all units of Bal Bharati schools.
Sports Council is the brainchild of Mr. L. R. Channa, President of Child Education Society, a Sports enthusiast, who has also been the former Captain of Ranjee Team, Railway Board. The Sports Council has achieved unprecedented success in raising the bar of sports standards in all units of Bal Bharati schools under his patronage. The Council has received the highest levels of commitment from school leaders, giving it as much importance as is given to academics and other co-curricular activities.
Schools have been provided with qualified faculty for imparting training with world-class infrastructure. These schools have provided opportunities for children to showcase their talent and potential in various disciplines of games and sports at various State, National, and International Competitions.

Technology Council
The Technology Council was constituted to make Bal Bharati Public Schools future ready by making efficient use of technology.
Core Objectives of Technology Council
a. To make BBPS pioneers on the technology front
b. To assess the current technology and its usage in BBPS
c. To explore the newer opportunities on the technology front to make BBPS future ready
d. To develop and create internal expertise for effective management and continuous improvement of technology usage
e. To standardize the processes and technologies across schools and define the Bal Bharati way of school management
The roadmap to achieve the above objectives for making BBPS future-ready by making efficient use of existing technology and introducing new technology, reducing the dependence on single vendor and opting for specialized vendors while maintaining control of the central database and synchronizing the hardware and software processes with various units of BBPS

Administrative Council
Administrative council serves as an advisory body for all the administrative policies of Bal Bharati Units. The main function of this council is to propose certain rules and regulations to the Board of Management that helps to enable to run the administrative operations of the schools, smoothly. This enhances the standard of work running in all departments. Meetings are held every month which is headed by Mr. S.K. Bhattacharya, (Retd) Chairman, BBPS (Training Centre) and Mr. Suraj Prakash, Advisor, CES. The minutes of these meetings are drafted and are communicated bimonthly.
